Directions

 

From Bloomington: There a lot of ways to get to the Lake from Bloomington, if you are reading this, you probably aren't sure of the right one.  No worries.  Get to Route 39 North, get off on the Lake Bloomington exit.  Go east until the road tee's--Green Gables will be on your right, the Lake Road Inn will be on your left.   Turn left.   Park View Lane is about a mile (if you cross the spill way you've gone too far).  Turn right on to Park View Lane--we are about a block or so up on the right side. 

 

From the North: Either take 39 South to Lake Bloomington Road and follow the above directions from there (except reverse them because you are coming from the other direction) or take 55 South to the Lexington Exit (exit 178).  Turn right (west) and take the road all the way, about 8 miles, to the lake. It will curve to the left around the spill way and you will come to Park View Lane about a half mile after the curve.  Turn left and we are on your right. If you make it to the stop sign at the Lake Road Inn and Green Gables you have gone too far.

 

From the East: If you are coming from the east you probably live in Lexington and know where the Marina is located.

 

From the West: Either come in through Bloomington (see above) or you can take Route 24 East to Route 39 and go south about five or six miles to the Lake Bloomington exit and follow above directions from there.
